The mass media, including the Artsakh one, has reported that on February 12-13, a Slovakian delegation, headed by the first Chairman of the National Council (Parliament) of the country Frantisek Miklosko, visited the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic. The visit was practical - meetings with the heads of the NKR National Assembly, Government, and MFA took place, and issues of mutually beneficial bilateral cooperation in the economic, in particular, energy, and educational spheres were discussed. In short, it is a normal process of developing humanitarian relations, which should only be welcomed in the civilized world. The use of the epithet "civilized" in this case is not a tribute to the journalistic lexical manner at all, and it is directly related to the issue raised here.

Actually, this event became the start of the extremely hard and thorny way to our today's state independence.
