January 15,2012 A NHEDADZKELI–NOT POSTPONABLE
Florida,USA MOBILIZATION OF OUR ARMENIAN YOUTH/YOUNG,TO GIVE
100,000´s PASSPORTS AT COST OF $75.00 (AFTER CHURCH &CONSULATE SCREENING)
PRIORITIES TO BE STUDIED METICULOUSLY AND IMPLEMENTED NOW
Of the utmost importance is the organization of the Auxilliary Bodies of theYOUNG of the PCA´s ¨Professional Colleagues Associations¨. Although I have dealt in depth with the organization of the 15 fields of main professions(of which 5 on the scene already),I wish to stress the urgency of having these Auxilliary Bodies. That is,formation of our Young into similar Groupings. Those
who are as yet studying in professions or have just finished doing so.For the young are very important . Indeed there are some of these on the scene such as the AYF,the church affiliated etc-,
But these constitute a small minority. Whereas the majority are amongst the non -affiliated .

The Preamble or predator of my¨paper¨ was first published in the USArmenia Magazine of Los Angeles,CA, dated June30/July6,2006,issue No . 953 entitled ¨A New Concept of Electoral System & Governance.
Also properly registered at copyright Headquarters in Washington D.C.,as intellectual property.
As explained in above ¨paper¨- having participated ,and in the formation of ¨Groupement Inter-professionel Armenien¨ in Paris,30 years ago- and the First Armenian World Congresses in Paris,Sept.1979 ,being elected to temporary Executive Board, by 380 participants (each with 30 proxies)from many community countries.I also attended Spanish free liberal Clubs(not a political party). And above all, past 33years, developing how we could, going through a process -attract the huge collectivities of the Armenian Diaspora Professionals first into their

I abruptly left off my above ¨paper¨,as I had other pressing matter to attend to:-Here,more details.
Before I delve into explanations as to the structure of the intended Supreme Council of Diaspora,I
would like to bring to the attention of my dear compatriots worldwide, that even in 1945,after WWII, the Repatriation was organized from the Diaspora countries, who realized that the Armenian population of the ex-soviet R.of Armenia had been very much reduced by loss of over 200,000 peersons who had gone to give their lives to the¨Hayrenagan Baderazm¨ Fatherland War.

My previous attempt based on ¨A New Concept for Electoral System & Governance¨,properly registered at copyright headquarters in Washington D.C.,also published in Los Angeles, USArmenian Magazine issue 953,June30-Julu 6, 2006.It was the predator for this ¨paper¨ that I intend to also register as Addendum to same , in order to throw more light on it.As presented in previous above ¨New Concept¨, it is based on meritorial capabilities of persons set forth for being elected by ¨Professional Colleagues Associations¨,PCA´s members from some 15 main fields of professions, in townships/constituencies of any State or Province of a given country.

Heretofore these have been regarded as fairly well built on the premises that a newly reborn independent Homeland expected a reliance upon its Diaspora.Which, latter excercized, aiding her to the best of its capacity. It continues and will continue in the future, regardless of any odds.
Meanwhile it has become apparent that the Homeland authorities became aware that these relations called for more active, vigorous and enhanced exchanges. And upon being prompted by activists and media from Diaspora, it resulted in the establishment of a Ministry of Diaspora .Not to forget or under-estimate that a¨Committee for Relations with abroad¨existed in soviet Armenia.
